Our Monthly Member Drop-In sessions are designed to help you get the most from your membership. Hosted by our Engagement Managers, these informal sessions give you the chance to learn more about the events, programmes, research and content available to you as part of the CCMA community. Whether you’re new to membership or simply want to explore what else is available, this is a great opportunity to ask questions and discover resources you may not yet be using. 

You’ll also have the chance to connect with the CCMA team, share what matters most to your organisation, and hear how other members are using their membership to support professional development, build networks and strengthen their operations. CCMA membership is built around sharing knowledge and bringing contact centre professionals together – and these sessions are a simple way to stay connected to everything the community has to offer.
