We regularly host visits, both in person and virtually, to other contact centre operations for members. These are free to attend and are a fantastic opportunity to share best practice and network with industry colleagues.

CCMA members have the opportunity to be independently assessed against the Standards Framework to discover gaps in their capabilities and gain a highly regarded accreditation, as well as receive a personalised report with practical recommendations.

The hotline is available to all CCMA members who require specialist support and advice on a range of employment matters. The team provide advice on HR matters, health & safety, wellbeing and employment law, helping employers be free from stress, admin and risk.
