Leadership Forum

For industry leaders within the membership community, Leadership Forums provide an exclusive opportunity to explore strategic topics that impact the contact centre. Each debate is a safe place to share opinions, experiences and ideas, as well as an opportunity to network with senior leaders over a delectable lunch.

Through its relationship with the Department of Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, the CCMA invites ministers and Members of Parliament to attend these meetings to hear first hand from industry leaders what is happening within the business of customer contact.

Currently, the CCMA hosts Leadership Forums twice per year for retail, insurance and financial services leaders.
