Members of the CCMA get free access to many events throughout the year – you can see our upcoming events below.
Our member visits are held bi-monthly at a member site and focus sharing ideas relating to a specific area of best practice. Our seminars are half day events that focus on a specific industry challenge or trend and offer the opportunity to hear from industry experts as well as member cast studies and the opportunity for round table discussions. Our annual conference (the UK National Contact Centre Conference) takes place in London every November and focuses on longer term trends and developments in our industry.
Members are also invited throughout the year to exclusive networking dinners, breakfast briefings and Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings. Make sure you are registered to receive our monthly newsletter to ensure that you receive details of all of our events.
