Best Practice Visit with Vodafone

Vodafone’s award winning Telesales and Retention team (TSAR) is welcoming CCMA members to their site in Stoke – home to their Sales Centre of Excellence.

Vodafone has five FCA regulated sales sites around the UK who have enhanced technology and digitalisation, hosting both of their voice and webchat campaigns supporting the flexibility of hybrid working through the new Covid world.

The telecommunication companies’ contact centres have had a period of transition, growth and simplification with two clear ambitions: To be #1 for customer experience and #1 best place to work. Through collaboration, clear goals and leadership, the agents are integral to decision making and implementation to achieve our goals.
