During the People Agenda Special Interest Group, CCMA members are invited to share how they are developing their learning and development processes in a hybrid model. We’ll also look at contact centre careers and how advisors can progress in a hybrid operating model by first exploring how members have advanced their careers and how they got their career breaks.
