Responding to feedback from members, we have launched Training Credits. These allow you to access training to support your contact centre learning needs when you need it, without having to work through your procurement process each time.
Investing in Training Credits enables you to purchase training when you are unsure what training you’d like to book you or your team on. With the funds available, you can plan your training programme or use the funds throughout the year. Credits can be used to pay for UK National Contact Centre Academy courses in full or contribute towards the full cost of a course with a supplementary payment to be made where required.
Training Credits are available to members or non-members. They can be added to a membership renewal or purchased anytime throughout the year, and can be topped up throughout the year. To use course credits, simply book onto the training courses of your choice, choose Training Credits as your payment method, and the CCMA team will do the rest. If you are a member, your membership discount on training courses will get applied when you use your Training Credits to book on to a course.

- Starter Package – £1,495 (approx. 5 course bookings)
- Essentials Package – £2,990 (approx. 10 course bookings)
- Standard Package – £7,475 (approx. 25 course bookings)
