Members of the CCMA are invited to attend our Special Interest Group (SIG) meetings. Each meeting is a safe place for members to speak to each other, to share ideas, network with peers and hear from experts on a specialist subject.

Our vertical sector focused SIGs are aimed at senior leaders in each sector, giving an opportunity for small groups to come together to discuss current strategic challenges and get input from third parties.

Horizontal SIG meetings are attended by senior leaders and managers responsible for each area within the contact centre. These meetings also provide an opportunity to hear from third party experts, share current challenges and discuss best practice.
