On the 7 September we’ll be talking about retaining employee engagement in a hybrid working model.
Engaging with employees when working in an environment that allows for remote working presents different challenges to engaging colleagues when in the office. We’ll be giving CCMA members an opportunity to better understand the challenges in keeping colleagues engaged and motivated, share their ideas to explore what’s working and to consider future challenges that a hybrid model may present.
These interactive roundtable events include presentations from industry experts sharing insight and research, member case studies and great debates. We’ll be discussing how the lockdown is affecting everyone’s operations and sharing best practice on all the topics that impact your people.
As always, they provide you with the opportunity to share ideas and benchmark your own organisation against other member organisations.
