Supporting learning and development, and career progression in a hybrid model
If you’re responsible for the people agenda in your contact centre and want the opportunity to share your current challenges and successes with industry colleagues, then we invite you to join these quarterly events.
On the 9 July we’ll be talking about supporting learning and development, and career progression in a hybrid model.
During the People Agenda Special Interest Group, CCMA members are invited to share how they are developing their learning and development processes in a hybrid model. We’ll find out what has been working over the last year, and what the challenges are that will need to be addressed going forward. We’ll also look at contact centre careers and how advisors can progress in a hybrid operating model by first exploring how members have advanced their careers and how they got their career breaks.
These interactive roundtable events include presentations from industry experts sharing insight and research, member case studies and great debates. We’ll be discussing how the lockdown is affecting everyone’s operations and sharing best practice on all the topics that impact your people.
As always, they provide you with the opportunity to share ideas and benchmark your own organisation against other member organisations.
