The UK National Contact Centre Awards, now in their 25th year, are the longest established UK awards programme dedicated to the UK contact centre industry. Nominations are open to everyone and are free to enter for members.
The judging process is known for being incredibly robust, with judges handpicked for their knowledge and experience in contact centre management. Finalists are given the opportunity to tell their story, demonstrate their knowledge and show off their achievements through a thorough judging process when they meet the judges.
The pandemic and social distancing requirements means that presenting the awards to a live audience of over 750 people at the Brewery in London is simply not possible. We believe it’s really important that the winners are recognised for their brilliant work with no further delays – so we are going to bring the awards to you, in your contact centre and at home, by hosting an entertaining virtual awards ceremony.
