UK National Contact Centre Awards
Heralded as the longest established UK awards programme dedicated to the UK contact centre industry, the UK National Contact Centre Awards recognise teams and individuals that are achieving great success.
Nominations are accepted from November until February and are open to everyone. CCMA members can enter for free.
The judging process is renowned for being incredibly robust, with judges handpicked for their knowledge and experience in contact centre management. Finalists are given the opportunity to tell their story, demonstrate their knowledge and show off their achievements through a thorough judging process when they meet the judges.
