The Awards Night

Celebrating their 27th year in 2022, the UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest running and the most highly respected programme in the UK. Why? Because when you win, you have really deserved it.

The Awards Night takes place at Old Billingsgate, Central London on Monday 20 June 2022.

Guests attending the celebrations will enjoy an evening full of fun:

What to expect

Tickets include drinks reception, three course meal including coffee and petit fours, unlimited beer, wines and soft drinks throughout the evening (until 30 minutes before the end of the evening), and all entertainment.

The winners of the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2022 were announced on Monday 20 June at a dazzling Awards Night at the fabulous Old Billingsgate in Central London.

The big winners of the night included Sage, ResQ, ASOS, The AA, Pursuit Marketing, Ocado and Parkdean Resorts. Congratulations! You can see the full list of winners here.

We were delighted to have our favourite TV chef, known for his love of food and hosting cooking game shows, Ainsley Harriott MBE, join us to host the evening.

It was great to see so many people at this years Awards Night as finalists were crowned leaders of our industry.
