CCA are pleased to be working with a leading household brand name in the contact centre arena who seek to bring on board an experienced Senior Contact Centre Manager to join their team.

Operating in the telecommunications space, you will have a proven background in driving the strategy of a large contact centre around 250FTE as well as being operationally hands on in a multichannel environment.

Responsibilities of a Senior Contact Centre Manager

• Drive performance improvements through service processes
• Improve and enhance customer contact reporting
• Strong and proven operational performance management
• A clear and proven track record of demonstrating accountability and success within a large contact centre
• Drive and enthusiasm with a track record or improving process and procedures
• Experience in a change management environment
• Skilled in building positive and productive key stakeholder relationships

As Senior Contact Centre Manager your primary focus will be to drive the key vision of the company across all levels of this multifunctional site and you will need to have worked within a change environment.
