The business has grown phenomenally over the past 5 years, being recognised by many industry bodies as a "Fast Track" business, increasing customer numbers from established suppliers in the industry. As the business matures and the focus maintaining on attracting new customers whilst also retaining existing customers a new role has been created within the Contact Centre for a Retention Operations Manager.

The role of Retention Call Centre Manager:

As the organisation has a greater focus on retaining customers and driving a sales through service culture to cross and upsell products a new opportunity has been created to provide coaching and development as well as operations management capability to the team leaders within the call centre. Leading a team of 70fte and 7 team leaders the retentions call centre is still growing significantly and you will be key to ensuring the success of that growth.

In the role of Retentions Call Centre Manager you will:

• Manage the Operational performance of the Retentions Contact Centre including all daily weekly and monthly KPI's
• Support the head of department in developing operational and customer retention based strategy.
• Work selflessly to coach and develop your call centre team leaders to ensure that they become the management team of the future

Experience required to become the Retention Call Centre Manager:

• Demonstrable experience of managing and delivering improvements within a contact centre delivering either sales through service or customer retention based activity
• Managed a call centre with a headcount of at least 70 FTE.
• Experience of working in a large contact centre organisation having delivered significant interdepartmental initiatives.
