UK National Contact Centre Conference 2016

Our annual conference will be held at The British Library in London.

This year our conference programme focuses on the impacts of changing consumer demands and how we should be equipping our people with the right skill set and working environment to truly engage customers.

We will share some best practice case studies of organisations that are delivering a multichannel offering and how they brought their people on the journey with them.

Our keynote speaker is the Chief Operating Officer from Simply Business, who won The Times Best Company to Work For 2016. Ipsos MORI will also share their research on consumer behaviours post brexit.

Case studies include OVO Energy and Barclays Bank;both award winning contact centre operations.
