Visit the Co-ops General Insurance and Food contact centres in the centre of Manchester.

This meeting is taking place in the Co-operatives new premises at Angel Square, the striking new landmark in Manchester City Centre.

The team will provide an overview on their Voice of the Customer programme and how they have integrated the initiative across channels.

The team will present their approach to:

-Capturing and measuring customer feedback

-Identifying the value add insights

-Feeding insights straight through to the front line

-Using the insights to drive process improvements

The event will end with a choice of tours for attendees of either their food or their general insurance call centres.
