The focus for this good practice visit is 'Customer Retention'

The AA in Newcastle is home to 400 colleagues handling General Insurance sales, service and retention. The team operate in an intensely competitive market where customer satisfaction is a key differentiator in retaining customers. Their retention team will share their approach to customer retention, and some of their lessons learnt.

This visit will include a round table discussion where attendees will share what tools and techniques they are deploying in their businesses to aid customer retention.
