Q2 Member Seminar Homeworking and Social Media Success stories

Our Q2 Seminar takes place in London on the afternoon of 16th May and places are free to attend for CCMA members and invited guests.  

This quarters seminar provides a unique opportunity to hear from some of our members who have reached the final shortlist for the 2017 UK National Contact Centre Awards.   

There are two key topics for these presentations: 'Best Social Media Team' and 'Most effective Homeworking Programme'.  

Hear from organisations such as Vodafone, The Metropolitan Police, NHS Professionals, London and Quadrant Housing and Harvey's the furniture store.  

These organisations will share their journeys and how they have successfully deployed these activities within their Contact Centre operations.  

This event will be of interest to: Customer Experience Managers, Contact Centre Leaders, Quality Managers, Team Managers. Anyone involved in channel development and Leaders looking to implementation or enhance their home working programme
