Performance and Quality Workshops

The P&Q Challenge, sponsored by Nexidia, educators of Customer Interaction Analytics, is a set of 5 workshops to help market leaders complete their first Strategic Quality Framework (SQF). Led by Martin Hill-Wilson all eight stages in the framework will be covered. Each workshop will be a mix of debate/decision and action planning. The goal is to complete that stage and then prepare for the next stage(s) of the SQF in between workshops. Some of the companies that have participated in the P&Q Challenge so far include Lloyds Banking, British Gas, LV, bSkyb, Axa Wealth and many more.

All workshops will take place at CCT Venues, Barbican, London, EC1A 4JA from 10am-5pm. Refreshments and lunch are provided.
