OVO Energy Member Visit, Bristol

The Team at OVO recently won the Award for ‘Team of the Year’ at the UK National Contact Centre Awards. At six years old, they are still considered a ‘new entrant’ in a highly competitive market with over 600,000 customers. They were also the first Which? Recommended Provider for energy.

The CCMA recognised OVO at the awards for their success at creating an excellent culture of teamwork, that has enabled them to deliver great results whilst handling phenomenal growth in their business.
