Member Visit to Tesco Bank (insurance) Newcastle upon Tyne FULLY BOOKED

Come along to this event to meet Michael Sherwood who recently won the Customer Experience Champion of the Year at the UK National Contact Centre Awards. Michael will share with us his achievements in his role as Customer experience Manager at Tesco Bank which have improved the organisations customer insight and what actions they have taken as a result.

The visit will start at 9am and finish at 1pm with an optional tour of the contact centre operation.
