learndirect is the UK’s largest provider of skills, training and employment services. They’ve helped millions of people gain the skills they need for work. They  help people kick-start their career with qualifications in everyday skills like maths, English and IT,vocational qualifications and Apprenticeships, higher-level professional qualifications and short courses in subjects from software packages to languages.

Their call centre in Leicester is home to 100 advisors who are mainly qualified teachers handling enquiries from students.

This best practice visit will focus on the dynamics of on line learning in a contact centre environment.
