In May, the Focus Group are proud to be hosting the fifth European Customer Experience World event.

The event will be chaired by award-winning journalist and consumer affairs expert Winifred Robinson.

Over two days, leading speakers will be delivering presentations covering topics such as:

• The evolution of Customer Experience and the way ahead;
• Delivering your brand over multi-channel and in the European marketplace;
• How to benchmark and quantify the delivery of Customer Experience;
• How to utilise emerging technologies to enhance your customer's experience of your brand;
• How to analyse and benefit from the data you hold on your customers;
• How to re-invent your brand to make it relevant in today's Experience economy;
• How to engage your employees and take them on your CE journey.

With the economies of Europe still in a fragile condition, and technological change still shaping the way in which brands interface with their customers, the 'perfect storm' is upon us. Will your organisation be able to adapt to today's conditions, or will it suffer the fate of many well-known brands that are no longer with us ?
On both days, each afternoon will be devoted to Track sessions, where for the first time delegates will be able to select two presentations from the six on offer, on a range of topics that meet their individual learning requirements.
