European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards confirmed to take place in 2016

UBM EMEA, organisers of the annual Customer Contact Expo and Top 50 Companies for Customer Service, have today confirmed that the ever popular European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards (ECCCSA) will return in 2016 through an agreement with the Call Centre Management Association.

Following a hugely successful 2015 event, which saw over 128 finalists honoured, including entrants from leading companies Best Western Hotels, New Look, North Ayrshire Council, Conectys Bucharest, American Express and LV, to name a few, the ECCCSA will take place in Central London as part of a prestigious gala dinner and ceremony.

Now run in association with the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA), one of the UK’s leading trade associations, the ECCCSA will recognise and reward those companies across Europegoing above and beyond to provide great customer experience across all channels.

For the past 12 years the ECCCSA have formally recognised professional excellence throughout the UK and Europe. It is a firmly established annual event, rewarding the best and most successfulorganisations in the contact centre and customer service industry. In 2016 the Call Centre Management Association will manage the awards programme on behalf of UBM EMEA.
