However, consumer expectations continue to be raised by world class service experienced in industries such as on-line retail, where the emphasis is on ease of doing business, trust and care.

The Financial Services sector is not immune from this trend and, together with growing scrutiny from the regulator, a constant focus on the customer experience you deliver and on ways to improve it are paramount.

Grant Thornton are hosting the first in a series of customer experience seminars with their Benchmark partner, InsightNow, the first of which focuses on how FS firms can maximise the value of their complaints handling process.

The event speaker, David Howard, CEO – InsightNow, has extensive experience of delivering insight to the Financial Services Industry. In conjunction with Grant Thornton, he will share best practice approaches to complaint handling and how to unlock the wealth of actionable insight this source of customer feedback provides.
