BT in Accrington. Meet the CCMA Business Improvements Manager of the Year

This site is host to 300 advisors handling sales and service enquiries for BT Sport. Gemma will share her teams approach to delivering a culture of continuous improvement whilst achieving amazing colleague engagement results.
