In the UK they are known as O2, but they're part of something even bigger. Telefonica have the O2 brand in Europe, Vivo in Brazil and Movistar in Spain and Latin America providing a global team of more than 250,000 people across 25 countries. O2 Preston Brook is O2's flagship Voice Centre and home to 1200 colleagues working in specialist functions including Sales, Retention, Broadband, Payment Management, VIP and Telefoncia VIP account management. It's also where Shirley Hodgeon, runner up 2012 CCMA Team Manager of the Year impressed the CCMA judges.

The focus for the day is an overview on 'Working in an O2 way'. The team have rolled out the Systems thinking programme from Vanguard, flexing the methodology to incorporate their own commercial targets, and the engagement of their people in the change programme. Ian Hayhoe, Head of site, will be sharing with you the progress they have made and their 'lessons learnt'.
