Membership Application
Annual subscription is £95 plus a one off administration fee of
£30 to set up your membership - £125. Plus VAT of course so that's a total
of £146.88.
Membership of the CCMA is personal to you. Please ensure that
all fields marked with * and ** are completed. If you are renewing your
membership, you only need to fill in the fields marked with **.
Membership of the Call Centre Management Association (UK) Ltd
is offered only to individuals actively involved in Call Centre Management and
applicants must be either -

Responsible for the management or supervision of a Call Centre, including staff
and operations or;

Independent Consultant who is currently engaged in the planning, implementation
or training of Call Centres. (Independent Consultants please enclose details of
any previous Call Centre Management experience and your current Call Centre
consulting activity, what this entails and details of the companies you have
worked with.)

responsibilities.

The person I report to may be approached to verify this information or, as an
independent Consultant, I am able to provide references from companies I have
worked with, if requested.
