Membership of the Call Centre Management Association (UK) Ltd is offered only to individuals actively involved in Call Centre Management and applicants must be either -

  • Responsible for the management or supervision of a Call Centre, including staff and operations or;
  • Independent Consultant who is currently engaged in the planning, implementation or training of Call Centres. (Independent Consultants please enclose details of any previous Call Centre Management experience and your current Call Centre consulting activity, what this entails and details of the companies you have worked with.)
