Our half day seminar introduces you to three organisations who have been shortlisted for the (ECCCSA) European Contact Centre and Customer Services Awards.
Each of these organisations will share case studies on how they have created and maintained cultures that enable ‘Great Places to Work’
Our agenda for the day includes presentations from across three very different industries:
- Blizzard Entertainment. The premier Game Maker whose products include its Warcraft, Diablo, and StarCraft series.
- EE (Everything Everywhere) Now part of the BT Group, and the UK’s biggest fixed communications network.
- Peninsula UK – provider of professional services for legal advice on employment, HR, health and safety, insurance and employee wellbeing
Each of these organisations will share their philosophy on providing great working environments and some of the key initiatives they have deployed in order to drive employee engagement.
