IMPORTANT: Associate membership of the CCMA is
offered only to individuals actively involved in Call Centre Management and the
CCMA has the right to refuse membership to any individual without offering an
explanation. This also applies to renewing members who must continue to meet
the following criteria:

You must be responsible for the management or supervision of a Call Centre,
including staff and operations, or
-
Be Independent consultants who are currently engaged in the planning,
implementation or training of Call Centres, and
-
Agree to accept and abide by the CCMA Code of Conduct
If you would prefer to receive an invoice for your Associate
membership subscription then please email the Membership Secretary. Vendors and
suppliers of Call Centre related products and services should contact us for
more details on how they can support and work with the Association.
REFUNDS: Of course we want you to be satisfied
by our services but we also want to provide you with details on our complaints
and refunds policy.
By law, customers in the European Union also have the right to
withdraw from the purchase of an item or service within seven working days of
the day after the date the item is delivered. In the case of our services, we
define delivery as the date that you made the Pay Pal payment on the CCMA
website.
To request a refund within this period, please contact us by
email and state specifically your wishes to act on your rights. We will then
contact you and we may also ask for a reason why you have decided to cancel. If
provided, this information may be used to improve our services.
Please note that we cannot refund your £30 administration fee
in any circumstances nor make any refund after seven days from the date that
you made your payment to PayPal.
