CCMA Awards 2012 – Gala Dinner
This year, the Call Centre Management Association will be holding its seventeenth annual Awards Gala dinner. High quality food and live entertainment are guaranteed - and with great company plus of course the opportunity to applaud the very best that the industry has to offer, there's no better way to spend an evening.
Our event is at the Palace hotel in Manchester on the 19th April 2012.
Pre-dinner drinks are at 19:30, Dinner is at 20:00 with the Awards starting around 22:00 – the evening ends at 01:00. Dress is black tie preferred which means that most people do dress up but that we won’t throw out anyone who is in normal business attire.
