CCMA Awards 2011 – Gala Dinner
The Call Centre Management Association will be holding its fifteenth annual Awards Gala dinner on the 12th May 2011 at the Palace Hotel in Manchester. High quality food and live entertainment are guaranteed - and with great company plus of course the opportunity to applaud the very best that the industry has to offer, there's no better way to spend an evening.
Pre-dinner drinks are at 19:30, Dinner at 20:00 with the Awards starting around 22:00 – the evening ends at 01:00. Dress is black tie preferred which means that most people do dress up but that we won’t throw out anyone who is in normal business attire.
