Member visit to Auto windscreens

This event was hosted by Claire Church, who was a shortlisted finalist for the CCMA Call Centre Manager of the Year awards 2012. Auto Windscreens is one of the UK's best known automotive glass repair and replacement companies and 150 employees are based at its call centre in Chesterfield, Derbyshire. Auto Windscreens' call centre operates on a 24 hour basis and serves customers throughout the UK, across all sectors from managed fleet to insurance.
