Since its foundation the CCMA has always considered education to be its biggest priority and one of the main membership deliverables. Over the years our Board members have been actively involved in many aspects of education - from accrediting industry courses and further education; working with the BSI and others on developing internationally recognised competencies and skill sets to running webinars and other CCMA member events.
The CCMA also produces a valuable report on educational opportunities within the UK Call Centre industry. This report is regularly updated and gives you vital information about most of the courses that are currently available in the UK and provides an outline of their content, level and objectives.
