Call Centre Benchmarking Visits 

We run regular events to member sites that include a tour of the call centre and a presentation or discussion about topical issues – details of these events can be found under 'events' on the home page.

We can also arrange bespoke call centre visits to member sites on your behalf. This can be done by contacting us and discussing your requirements for a visit and we will then short list potential sites for you.

Visits are usually free of charge to CCMA members and a guest is often allowed to attend as well.
