Events - we organise monthly events for our members to visit other organisations, share best practice and benchmark against their own organisation

Awards - our annual awards event is the most respected recognition event in our industry and enables you to recognise your very best people. We have 20 years experience in identifying and recognising talent in our industry and we take the opportunity to share best practice from each of the winners throughout the year.

Reports - We work with a number of key industry leaders organisations such as Contact Babel, Dimension Data and Top 50 Call Centres to provide you with relevant information that enables you to benchmark your organisation.
