CCMA CALL CENTRE MANAGER OF THE YEAR - SPONSORED BY CCT

The Award was presented by Richard Pinnington of CCT our sponsors for Call Centre Manager of the Year.

This year's nominations for CCMA Call Centre Manager of the Year were very high quality indeed and following a great deal of debate, the judges decided to make two awards.

For Call Centres under 100 seats: This years winner  is: ANGELA MCLAUGHLAN from INTELENET

For Call Centres over 100 seats: Runners up are: Paul Allen from Homeserve and Lana Grimes from Accenture.
