These prestigious awards recognise outstanding performance by managers and supervisors of contact centres, helpdesks and customer service organisations throughout the UK.
Why should I enter the 2008 CCMA Awards?
Your reason for entering an awards scheme must surely be to win, however you may also gain success and publicity from being short-listed for an award.
Gaining recognition for yourself and your company will have a positive impact on the morale of all involved and on your organisation as a whole. It can also help to give you a positive business advantage over your competitors. The publicity, if you are successful, can be extensive and far-reaching. You and your company might be particularly proud of its business practices or its recent performance. You may have successfully completed a specific call centre or customer service project that has had a significant impact on your company, your clients or your local community. You may have achieved outstanding results, launched a new product or achieved spectacular results with an existing product.
For whatever reason, if you have a story to tell, no harm will come to you if you decide to enter. Success breeds success, and the CCMA awards will be linked to the most relevant industry press and receive editorial and advertising coverage as a result.
If you win or become a finalist, your industry, your competitors and your customers will all hear about your success. In addition you will be able to promote your achievements to your clients and internally, giving you a competitive edge and boosting the moral of the people who work within your organisation.
