CALL CENTRE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION – AWARDS 2012

Now in their 17th year, the CCMA (UK) are calling for nominations for their annual awards. Presented to individuals, the categories for 2012 are:

·       CALL CENTRE MANAGER OF THE YEAR

·       EMERGENCY CONTROL ROOM MANAGER OF THE YEAR

·       TEAM MANAGER OF THE YEAR

·       SUPPORT MANAGER OR BUSINESS PARTNER OF THE YEAR

Nominations are free of charge and you don’t even have to be a CCMA member to make them! Simply click onto the Annual Awards tab above to find all of the information that you need to make nominations for this years world class Awards.

Why not recommend the first-class individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to YOUR organisations success – you can even nominate yourself!

Nominations are simple to make and must be received by the CCMA by no later than the 28th February 2012. Winners will be announced at our glittering Gala dinner to be held at the Palace Hotel in Manchester on the 19th April.
